I agree with every single one of your points. When people ask if I’m happy I sum it up with the nearly the exact comment you’ve made as your last point. “I wake up happy and and looking forward to the new day almost every single day, and I go to bed with a feeling of contentment and looking forward to waking up the next day”
To me it’s a measure of contentment and evidence that much of the stress and tensions of life centered around the times of day when the stress wasn’t actually present. Namely, starting and ending the day in a quiet bedroom. Waking and going to bed are sometimes the most anxiety inducing moments when living a hectic life because you think about problems and issues rather than dealing with them as you do during the day.
